As the sun begins to fade, and the afternoon shadows stretch to lengthen in the west, this is Evenfall.
During this time, The Tamar draws in cooler air from across the oceans, and gently dispenses it over its banks, relieving the accumulated warmth of the day.
It is these welcome, cooling drafts that give our wines their signature elegance and detail – extending the window of summer, and prolonging the grapes’ patient stay.

The menu comes from Tasmania’s farmer’s markets, fishing boats and oyster leases, country fields and the wondrous meanderings of spirited travellers with passionate palates. We believe that every wine has a story to tell, be it about the place, the grape or the winemaker.
